Delete Account  Meon Smart Home

If you want to delete your Meon Smart Home account and associated personal data:

• Please email us at info@meonelectronics.com with the subject: Delete My Account
  
  

• We will process your request within 7 business days.
  
  

• The following data will be permanently deleted:
  
  

  • Your account details (name, email)
    
    

  • Registered switchboards and shared access data
    
    

  • Associated device information
    
    

Retention period:
We do not keep any personal data after deletion. Some logs may be retained for legal or security reasons for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
